Has your email address changed? 

Yes! - If so request an email address update, here.

No! - Please try "forgot password" found under login, signup, and pay to receive certificate buttons to reset your password.

PLEASE NOTE:  To reset your password after completing a test:

1. Click on "PAY TO RECEIVE CERTIFICATE" on the completed test page.
2. Click on "Already have an account?"
3. Click on "Forgot Password."
4. Enter the email address or license number associated with your account.
5. Click the "Bubble/Circle" to verify the masked email address belongs to you, and
6. Click "Send Reset Code" to receive a one-time-passcode (OTP) to your email.
7. Check your email's inbox, spam, and junk folders for the password reset code.
8. Enter the code on the "Forgot Password" page and select a new password.

Follow all password or email reset prompts.
If you switch browsers or open a new window, you may need to find and resume your test again. The system will search for any stored test data and allow you to continue.
