How to change the email address on my ParagonCET account
ParagonCET uses your email address as your single unique account identifier. You may update your email address directly in your account profile settings while logged in.
IMPORTANT: Update your email BEFORE completing CE or paying for your certificate. Your email on file affects your reporting record.
How to update your email in settings
Log in at paragoncet.com
Go to your account/profile settings
Update your email address and save
Having trouble accessing your settings?
Try a password reset first at paragoncet.com/reset. Reset emails come from [email protected] — check spam/junk.
If you are fully locked out (can't log in at all)
Email changes for locked-out accounts must be processed by our admin team.
Email [email protected] — Subject: "Email Change Request"
Include:
Your current email address (or the one used at purchase)
ALL license numbers associated with your account
Your new email address
We process requests within 1 business day and confirm by reply.
IMPORTANT: Do not create a new account. Purchasing under a new email without requesting a transfer will create a separate account — your previous course history will not be visible.
Note: If you hold multiple licenses, all will be moved to the new email together. Please list all license numbers in your request.
