My email isn't recognized / I can't log in to ParagonCET

If your email is not recognized

  • You may have purchased using a different email address. Try all addresses you use.

  • You can also try a password reset — entering your license number may help identify which email is associated with your license.

  • Email [email protected] with your license number and we can look it up.

If your password is wrong

If you never received a confirmation email after purchase

  • Check spam/junk for email from Paragon CET or paragoncet.com

  • Your transcripts are still available — try logging in with the email used at checkout
