Do you need CE? — SB382 exemption

Under Florida SB382, licensees with 10+ consecutive years of active licensure and no disciplinary action may be CE-exempt for the 2024–2026 cycle.

If you have not received any CE communications from Paragon CET: This may indicate you are SB382 exempt — our contact database reflects active CE-required licensees. However, you should always confirm your exemption status directly with DBPR before assuming you do not need CE.

Confirm at: myfloridalicense.com | Phone: 850-487-1395

IMPORTANT: Paragon CET cannot officially verify or guarantee your exemption status. DBPR is the only authoritative source.
