ParagonCET offers a unique no obligation format, allowing learners to participate on all courses FREE of charge. Learners only pay for certificates of completion or credit. Electronic reporting to boards that require it is included with purchase.
That being said, if you have mistakenly purchased a course, and need to exchange it for the course you require. Our staff is happy to do so. We strive to make the learner experience the best. However if you purchase and were electronically reported, it is at the discretion of the manager to aid you with your account to the best of their ability.
Refunds within 50 days of purchase are rare, however if required you can request one, the account will be reviewed, and issued after the education specialist has determined the correct action in order to happily maintain your license.
Refunds outside of 50 days of purchase are unable to be given via credit card processor.
